This service consists of the following components, which could be offered individually or as a package:
The code frame development entails the elaboration of a list of relevant categories for the open-ended responses from a questionnaire or interview.
Coding is analyzing the verbatim comments and delivery of the results in a desired format that can be used for data processing, along with the final code frame.
Delivery/translation of verbatims consists of the delivery of all (or some) of the answers in a format that is accessible to the client (usually Excel file). Sometimes, the responses have to be translated into the language requested by the client.
